Participants from government, academia, research and industry interested in attending the eLSE Conference without presenting a paper are welcome to join us.
In order to have access to the conference panels, sessions and workshops, an attendee has to reserve a seat.

Create your account.
To create an account on the conference website please click here. Those who already own an account from precedent editions can login with that account.
Generate your invoice
To generate an invoice on the conference website, after authentication please click here. Verify that you have complete all the required fields and confirm your Billing Information and Participation Information before click on Generate invoice button.
Arrange your travel and accommodation
Depending on your nationality, you may be required to apply for a visa in advance to enter Romania. For more information about visa please click here. No refunds will be made.

When you check-in at the conference registration desk, you will receive a conference bag, which includes copies of the program, the conference proceedings CD, your badge, and other relevant information. You will be asked to present an ID Card, or passport.
You are kindly requested to wear your badge during the conference all the time. Your badge warrants you access to all events during the conference. Please note the room capacity for each session. Access to sessions is strictly by badge and is on first-come-first-served basis.
